As a Client Solutions Consultant, your key function will be to; drive new business, build relationships and maintain an entrepreneurial attitude. Our sales model is focused on creating the best long-term solutions for the people we serve, as an organization, we strive to look on the bright side of every situation and never stop the process of improvement.

Daily Activities:

  • We do not just sell space, we sell peace of mind, that people will have security in their business and a place to grow, your expert skills in building relationships will be central to executing this principle. You will engage with potential new clients through various lead-generating outlets including; phone, email, webforms, and live online chats. By working closely with your leads, you will discover their business objectives and provide business solutions.
  • Work is good, where you do it absolutely matters! We know that our communities are unique because we have strategically designed each location to be the most productive, professional, and welcoming shared office space located in Dallas. You will schedule and complete tours of our locations so that clients can see firsthand the difference that is WorkSuites.
  • Since our inception, we have set ourselves apart by offering honest, fair, and transparent pricing. You will clearly communicate this benefit along with the amenities and services offered by WorkSuites to meet our client's needs. Stay abreast of the unique attributes each location offers and continuously work to maintain relationships with the onsite staff for seamless transitioning of new clients.
  • Great customer service happens with urgency! Maximize possibilities by taking ownership of leads in the CRM and capitalizing on each opportunity presented to produce creative solutions in real-time and close new business.
  • Be an active participant in the continued growth and improvement of WorkSuites. Our client solutions team is the first point of contact for clients prospecting our company to be their provider of office space. We expect the members of our team to think outside of the box, be innovative and active participants in marketing and selling campaigns and initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly goal-oriented
  • Any Real Estate or Sales experience would be beneficial but not mandatory

Base salary plus commission. (may vary based on experience)
